Later this year, Tampa-based RMC Property Group will break ground on a new 16-story mixed-use development in downtown Orlando's Thornton Park neighborhood.
In addition to more than 300 residential condominiums, 5,000 square feet of retail space and 10,000 square feet of office space, the project will bring a 28,000-square-foot Publix supermarket to Orlando's urban core.
RMC Property Group is developing the project in conjunction with N-K Ventures of West Palm Beach. It will be located at the corner of Central Boulevard and Pine Street.
RMC Property Group is a full-service commercial real estate leasing, management, acquisition, development and redevelopment company, with a portfolio of more than 80 shopping centers encompassing more than 7 million square feet throughout Florida.
It has developed more than 100 freestanding Walgreens drugstores, developed or redeveloped numerous Publix-anchored shopping centers and renovated and redeveloped numerous other retail properties over the past 10 years.
Customer service is truly important to us and we strive daily to make sure each building and every space is perfect for our tenants and their guests. Kuhn Management has been adding to the development of Orlando for the last twelve years by purchasing old, rundown properties and turning them into unique buildings with distinct personalities.
Our goal is to create spaces that allow our tenants to be successful by creating an atmosphere that allows them to focus on their businesses without worrying about the buildings.
