To accomplish this goal, there may be some changes made to the current tenant mix (but Kuhn Companies should not be held accountable for the failings of the former owner). As with any worthwhile endeavor, tough choices always accompany progress. Kuhn Companies will evaluate every aspect of the property, from structural to tenant make-up, and make the best decisions possible to ensure that Downtown Orlando has a property that it is proud to visit. Significant amounts of money will be invested to renovate existing buildings and build new components. It is our vision to utilize the unique potential of the property and create a centerpiece for a fantastic city. The community is demanding a new plan for Church Street Station, and we will deliver!
